Any time you need help with an insect problem, it is always helpful to bring in a sample of the insect for us to identify. This way we can offer you the best solutions the first time.
Whether it’s an infestation, the occasional invader, or for home maintenance, we will be able to determine the best course of action.
Trap your insect on a piece of clear tape or collect it in a ziplock bag and bring it on in. Try not to smoosh it too much!

If you’re seeing damaged fruits/vegetables, bring us a sample and we will be able to find a solution.

If you are experiencing a problem with a plant, shrub, or tree, please bring in a sample of a few live leaves or a small branch cutting (leaves attached).
We will examine the sample for disease, pests, and other causes of distress and make a recommendation for treatment. Photos can be helpful but are not sufficient by themselves.
If you are looking for something to kill weeds, please bring us a freshly picked sample of each type of weed you see. Include samples with the flower and/or seed where possible. This will allow us to make a good product recommendation for your situation.
